DropZone IQ is a product of ML Software, LLC, based in Castle Rock, Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform, including the DropZone IQ marketing website (dropzoneiq.com), the operator dashboard (app.dropzoneiq.com), and the customer booking portal (book.dropzoneiq.com).

By using any part of the DropZone IQ platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

From dropzone operators (DZOs):

• Business name, contact name, email address, and phone number
• Dropzone location, state, and operational details
• Stripe Connect account information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store card or bank account numbers)
• Platform usage data including loads, bookings, staff, and activity records

From customers booking a jump:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Body weight (required for tandem skydiving safety calculations)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers)
• Waiver signature status and timestamp (waiver content managed by SmartWaiver)
• Jump history and booking records associated with your account

Automatically collected:

• IP address and browser/device type for security and error logging
• Pages visited and actions taken within the platform (for product improvement)

How We Use Your Information

• To operate the DropZone IQ platform and provide services to operators and customers
• To process bookings and payments via Stripe
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, and operational notifications by email
• To enforce waiver compliance through SmartWaiver integration
• To communicate account updates, billing information, and product announcements
• To diagnose technical issues and improve platform reliability

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

DropZone IQ integrates with the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Stripe — Payment processing and Connect payouts. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. stripe.com/privacy
• SmartWaiver — Digital waiver collection and storage. Waiver data is governed by SmartWaiver's privacy policy. smartwaiver.com/privacy
• Microsoft 365 — Email delivery for transactional and notification emails.
• Hostek — Web hosting and server infrastructure. Your data is stored on servers located in the United States.

Data Retention

We retain operator account data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following account cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Customer booking and jump records are retained as long as the associated dropzone account remains active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on DropZone IQ servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

DropZone IQ is an operator platform for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. Each dropzone operator is responsible for setting and enforcing their own age requirements for customer bookings in accordance with applicable law and USPA guidelines.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@dropzoneiq.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify active account holders by email.
